Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Uses

• Managing a legitimate IT store or electronics retail business in the UAE
• Operating a licensed typing center or PRO services business
• Recording UAE VAT-compliant sales and purchases
• Storing customer documents with their knowledge and consent
• Sending legitimate business notifications to your customers

2. Prohibited Activities

• Storing falsified or forged documents
• Recording fictitious sales or purchases for tax evasion
• Storing personal data of individuals without their consent
• Using the platform to facilitate visa fraud or document forgery
• Attempting to access other businesses' data
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Using automated bots or scrapers on the platform
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties

3. Data Handling Rules

• Only store customer data that is necessary for your business services
• Inform customers that their data is stored in your Markaz system
• Delete customer data when they request it
• Do not use customer contact information for unsolicited marketing
• Passport and Emirates ID data must be handled with strict confidentiality

4. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate account suspension without refund
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to UAE authorities if illegal activity is detected
• Legal action for damages caused to Markaz or other users

5. Reporting Violations

If you suspect abuse of the Markaz platform, please report it immediately:
